东莞市广毅荣冷拉钢厂;层流冷却是带钢热连轧过程中必不可少的一个重要环节,基于某钢厂1150mm带钢热连轧生产线中层流冷却的设备、仪表和控制要求设计了层冷段的控制系统,包括硬件配置、网络结构、软件功能和数学模型等,实践证明该系统稳定可靠、安全性高,颇受用户好评,具有在国内同类生产线上进行推广应用的价值。 Laminar Cooling is an indispensable part of hot strip steel mill. Based on the devices, instruments and control requirements of 1150ram hot strip steel mill in a certain actual Iron & Steel Co. , the laminar cooling control system was designed, including hardware figuration, network framework, software functions, mathematical model, etc. The practice proves that the control system is steady and reliable, and it has the value to be popularized in the other similar production line. 通过对安钢1780热轧生产线热轧温度及产品性能的跟踪研究,分析热轧温度的分布和控制范围对的板型的影响,结果表明,控制终轧温度在Ar3以上、改进中间保温罩的控制形式及层流冷却系统等措施,可有效降低带钢强度的波动,提高板型质量。 Through tracking study on rolling temperature and product properties of the 1 780 hot rolling production line, effects of temperature distribution and range on shape of cold-rolled steel sheet, the results show that raising finishing temperature to more than Ar3 ,improving control style of insulation cover and laminar cooling system can reduce fluctuation of strength, improve quality of shape. |
